Pastor Anthony L. Jamison Sr.
Serving Community Baptist Church of Kansas City since February 2015 — focused on community outreach, biblical teaching, and leading others to find hope, healing, and purpose through faith in Christ.

Pastor Anthony L. Jamison Sr. was born the seventh of eight children to Mr. and Mrs. Donald L. Jamison. Growing up in Kansas City, Kansas, he attended Hawthorne Elementary, Northwest Jr. High, and Wyandotte High School. He enlisted in the U.S. Army in June of 1979 and was discharged in 1991.
His Christian journey began at the age of nine at Antioch Missionary Baptist Church on North Fifth Street in Kansas City, Kansas. Upon his return from the military, Anthony united with Forest Grove Missionary Baptist Church under the leadership of Pastor Desmond C. Lamb Sr., where he became an Associate Minister.
Pastor Jamison later continued his education, receiving his Associate of Arts in Theology and Bachelor of Arts in Christian Education from Western Baptist Bible College.
In February 2015, Minister Jamison was called as Pastor of Community Baptist Church of Kansas City. He has served faithfully, focusing on community outreach, biblical teaching, and leading others to find hope, healing, and purpose through faith in Christ.
